URJ Kutz Camp to Host Two Alumni Events This Summer
Our year-long effort to celebrate the legacy of Kutz Camp will continue this summer with two different weekend events. Each of these events will bring together a working group of volunteers who will help create the weekend program under the coordination of the event co-chairs. Our goal is to make these weekends accessible and affordable, and to give our alumni an opportunity to join us for a weekend of camp magic, surrounded by their friends, in a place that is so special to so many.
For our alumni who cannot join us onsite this summer, we will be livestreaming worship services from both events, creating a digital archive where people can share memories, and opening an online camp store where alumni can purchase swag before or after the event. At each of the events we’ll invite alumni to participate in a conversation about the future of teen leadership in the movement and what a Kutz Alumni Network looks like following the summer.
Whether you are able to join us or not, please know that we are still actively fundraising scholarship dollars for this summer. Over 100 teens from across North America and around the world will have the opportunity to experience Kutz this summer, and your tax-deductible donation will help make the summer a reality for them.
